The trainer will show you how to perform exercises properly, show you the best exercises you need to do to lose weight (body fat), build muscle, move pain free, or become a better athlete. They will go over your goals with you. They will keep you accountable. More importantly they will help you stay focused on your goals.
Private Training includes:
- One hour private training session, once per week for four weeks.
- Initial assessment. (measure body fat, initial weight, vitals, and body measurements.)
- Goals Review
- Progress Review
- Exercise and nutrition coaching
- Weekly Check-ins
