This is not cookie cutter program. You tell me whether you train at a gym or at home. You tell me the the goals you are looking for and I will provide you with a workout program.
Currently designing workout programs for 4 weeks, 8 weeks, and 12 weeks. If you're looking to burn fat, gain muscle, improve strength and/or mobility, move pain free I will design what it is you're looking for.
You record all your progress for each session.
