1 on 1 - Virtual Personal Training
The internet is a well known communication channel. It's important to use these resources to help us, not hinder us from achieving fitness goals.
Virtual Training consist of 1 on 1 personal training via Zoom. As long as you have a working smart phone or computer with a camera, then we can successfully work together to help you reach your fitness goals.
This is a 2 day a week training period. 45 minutes per session for 4 weeks.

I will coach you during your workouts to ensure proper form, technique, and intensity levels.
