1 on 1 Personal training

Your fitness journey starts and ends with you. But to achieve better results, you should invest in a trainer to coach you along the way. The trainer will show you how to perform exercises properly. They will go over your goals with you. They will keep you accountable. More importantly they will help you stay motivated with sticking toward your goals.
1 on 1 Personal Training includes:
- One hour private training session, once per week for four weeks.
- Initial assessment
- Goals Review
- Progress Review
- Exercise and nutrition coaching
- Weekly Check-ins
