
Personalized Workout Programs
You don't need to guess what you're doing in the gym. You don't need to figure out what exercises to do as you do them. You also don't need to potentially overtrain because you forgot what exercises you did the day before. On top of that, you need to be able to track your progress.
Unlike my other programs, a customized program is created specifically for you. That's why I don't have a title such as "12 week strength building". You tell me whether you train at a gym or at home. You tell me the the goals you are looking for and I will design and provide workout program for you.
Currently designing workout programs for 4 weeks, 8 weeks, and 12 weeks.
If you're looking to burn fat, gain muscle, improve strength and/or mobility, improve cardio/heart health, or move pain free I will design what it is you're looking for.
To get the best results, you must record your progress during each session.
