Want to get ready for summer?! Here is a 12 week muscle building program, I have used to help me achieve building muscle. 

This is a 2 days off 1 day off, 2 days off, 1 day off schedule. This means that not all your days of each week will be the same training days. 

You must have access to a gym! Please do not purchase this if you do not have access to a gym (squat racks, smith machines, boxes, bench presses (with all angles), barbell, dumbells, etc). 

The workout split is as follows: 

Shoulders/Abs
Legs
Chest/Back
Arms/Abs
